The Mission Kids Story
Life is busy. Really busy.
As a parent, it can be tough to make time to intentionally instill values and virtues into our kids that challenge the ones that are characteristic of our culture. As a church, it can be tough to use the little time we have to influence kids in a way that compels a sense of compassion and mission mindedness.
Are you overwhelmed with the idea that kids need your help to inspire in them a passion for caring about others, for missions, and for service? Do you struggle to figure out how to meet this need? Do you want kids to not only have a biblical worldview, but to also feel confident and compelled to act compassionately? How do you make this happen? It sure is a big endeavor!
This is the very goal of Mission Kids. Our goal is to provide both parent and kid with meaningful, creative and realistic service opportunities where learning, loving, and serving others happens. We can achieve this by equipping churches with tools so they can effectively partner with parents as they move toward this goal. Most importantly, we want to provide this in a way that is convenient for both church and parent. We aim to ultimately help parents raise compassionate and mission minded kids.
